	Energy assessment Farkhutdinova, Iuliia ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor) My thesis focuses on the preparation of an energy assessment. The studied object is a residential building located in Prague. In the theoretical part I focus on a detailed analysis of the concept of central heat supply and its importance in today's energy environment. I look in more detail at the key benefits of this system and its role in the current energy context. The computational part contains an energy assessment that evaluates the building in two variants with different heat sources: central heat supply versus air-to-water heat pump, together with the proposed measures. Both variants are evaluated in terms of energy efficiency, economics and ecology. In the experimental part, I deal with thermographic measurements of the investigated residential building and the subsequent evaluation of the measured data. Detailed record
